Training and installation are an important consideration for any customer, which is why we offer three basic packages to help cover your specific requirements. Our training and installations are carried out by a team of experienced technicians who are experts in their fields.

The basic packages offered are as follows, however each package can be tailored to your needs.

  • Training at our dedicated Training and Customer Support Centre
  • On-site training (and installation of a complete system, if required in a new or existing laboratory)
  • Remote training on a new or existing system that has been previously installed.

Warranty

VJ Tech provides a comprehensive 12-month warranty on all its products, covering repairs or replacements for any manufacturing defects, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimal operational disruption.

We provide flexible extended warranty options for periods of 12, 24, and 36 months, available for arrangement at an additional cost. These options offer extended peace of mind and can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

What’s Included?

VJ Tech’s extended warranty covers parts and labour as follows:

  • Initial examination.
  • Replacement of any faulty parts.
  • Labour costs.
  • Test and re-calibration where required.
  • Return carriage and insurance.

Returns and Repairs

Remote Assistance and Diagnostics

Our experienced support team is just an email away at service@vjtech.co.uk. Specialising in remote diagnostics, we are adept at identifying and resolving issues from afar, a skill honed through our extensive experience with international clients. Our comprehensive library of support documents and guides ensures that we can swiftly and effectively guide you through troubleshooting steps, aiming to resolve issues without the need for physical returns.

Efficient and Effective Repair Solutions

In cases where remote resolution is not possible, our team will endeavour to diagnose the issue and recommend the best course of action. Many system issues can be rectified with replacement components, which we can guide you to install, minimising downtime. For more complex problems, or in the rare event that a system cannot be repaired remotely, we offer repair services at our facility, subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale.

Return Process and Inspection Fees

If a return is necessary, our dedicated support team will guide you through the process by issuing a Ticket (TKT). We apply an inspection fee for all returned products to cover the assessment and handling. However, we value the trust and investment you place in our products. Therefore, this fee will be waived if, upon inspection, the product is found to be covered under our warranty policy. Our commitment is to ensure fairness and transparency in every step of the return process, striving always to minimise any inconvenience and to expedite the resolution of your concerns.
