Typical Dynamic Testing Systems

The products listed below are representative System Setups for Dynamic (Cyclic) Triaxial testing, Dynamic (Cyclic) Shear testing  and Resilient Modulus tesing that can be provided by VJ Tech and the associated Clisp Studio software to control, monitor, execute and produce results for the various types of Dynamic (Cyclic)  testing. They can be tailored to your requirements, with multiple configuration possibilities of Frame capacities, Cell size, sample size etc. Typical Dynamic (Cyclic) System setups include;

  • Single Axis Dynamic (Cyclic) Triaxial Systems using either a Mechanical or Hydraulic Actuator controlled by a Dynamic Servo Controller, giving high speed servo control for cyclic motion and sensor feedback to a PC.
  • Dual Axis Dynamic (Cyclic) Triaxial Systems using either 2 Mechanical or Hydraulic & Mechanical Actuators controlled by a 2 Dynamic Servo Controllers, with the 2nd axis used for Dynamic Cell Pressure Control.
  • The Resilient Modulus System comprising a VJ Tech BASIC frame together with a high speed Dynamic Servo Controller for servo motor control and sensor feedback, and a Pro pneumatic APC for confining pressure (with an air/water cylinder for the AG standard).
  • The Dynamic (Cyclic) Simple Shear with Confining Pressure system, which uses a dual axis Dynamic Servo Controller giving high speed servo control for cyclic motion on two axes and all sensor feedback required for Advanced Dynamic (Cyclic) Shear testing with the sample under confining pressure.
  • The Dynamic Simple and Direct Shear system using a dual axis Dynamic Servo Controller for  servo control for motion on two axes and interchangeable carriages to enable Advanced Dynamic (Cyclic) Shear testing as well as Simple and Direct Shear testing.
  • The Shaker Table System, capable of shaking a payload at frequencies from 0.01 to 10.00 Hz in the Horizontal axis with control from a high speed Dynamic Servo Controller.
