The VJ Tech Twin Wall Unsaturated Triaxial System uses an adapted Bishop and Wesley Cell which;

Has a 'Cell within a Cell' design that eliminates the Volume change due to Cell expansion
Provides an accurate measurement of water entering or leaving the sample using the Pore Water Pressure controller
Measures the total Volume change of the specimen using our Automatic Volume Change device
Axial Force is exerted on the sample by a piston in the Base driven by a Single APC Pro
Back and Cell Pressure are provided by the Dual Automatic Presure Controller
Data from the Transducers is logged using the spare Analogue sockets on the rear of the Instruments
