The VJ Tech Pro Static and Simple Direct Shear System uses stepper motors for applying Vertical and Horizontal loads to the sample, and the Advanced mechanical design and electronics enable the system to carry out;

Static Simple Shear,
Static Direct & Residual Shear and Constant Shear,
Oedometer Testing

There are 5 Analogue input Channels for measuring Load & Displacement (for each axis) and Pore Water Pressure if required. A 10 kN (2176 lbf) Vertical Load Cell is included.
