The VJ Tech DSC3000HM is a state of the art Hydraulic/Electro-Mechanical Servo controller for dual axis Dynamic Testing. It features two DSCs rack mounted in a cabinet (with optional PC if required). The DSCs are;

  • A dynamic hydraulic servo controller for axial Force or Displacement with up to 7 analogue channel inputs for high speed data acquisition and,
  • A dynamic mechanical servo controller for dynamic Cell pressure with an inbuilt Encoder Channel and up to 8 additional analogue channels (Load included) as required on a 2nd axis.
Both DSCs feature;

  • Built-in signal conditioning
  • Adaptive PID (Peak and Trough control)
  • Numerous waveforms
  • Fast processing and data logging
  • Sensor and machine limit control (for instrument protection)
  • High Speed USB and Ethernet connections

      • Hydraulic dynamic servo control for Axial force or displacement
      • Mechanical dynamic servo control for Dynamic Cell Pressure
      • Encoder Channel included with Mechanical DSC, up to 8 additional Channels as required
      • SSI Encoder Channel required for Hydraulic DSC, with up to 7 additional Channels as required
      • Each DSC features;
        • Status LEDs
        • Closed loop control
        • High Speed Processor capable of:
          Up to 1000 data logged points per cycle
          18 bit high precision A/D converter
        • Built-in signal conditioning
        • Adaptive PID (Peak Control)
        • Lower and upper limit switch motion control
        • Emergency stop button
        • USB and high speed Ethernet connection for PC or laptop
        • Network control from Windows based Clisp Studio software
        Note: Isolator (recomended to mitigate Earth leakage) sold separately, (both 110V and 240V versions available) (1 for DSC3000M)
