The DSC1000 series are a low-cost alternative to the DSC3000 series for control of Dynamic Hydraulic and Mechanical systems, featuring closed loop control, built-in signal conditioning and high speed data acquisition.
The DSC1000H has up to 5 analogue channels, a built-in SSI Encoder channel and analogue outputs for control of the Vertical Axis Hydraulic actuator and also the Hydraulic Power Pack.
The DSC3000M series are state of the art instruments featuring adaptive PID (Peak and Trough Control), built-in signal conditioning, numerous waveforms and waveform functionality They have fast processing and data logging, and provide provide a number of analogue sensor channel inputs with sensor limit controls.
The DSC3000M Electro-Mechanical Servo controller is configurable for a range of single axis Dynamic Testing. It has closed loop servo control for axial Force or Displacement and up to 8 analogue channel inputs for high speed data acquisition.
The DSC3000H is a Hydraulic Servo controller for high frequency and Dynamic Load testing. In conjunction with a Hydraulic Power Pack, it is used to to control the hydraulic actuator used for dynamic (cyclic) triaxial testing in the Dynamic (cyclic) Triaxial (Hydraulic) System configuration for Vertical axial Force or Displacement.
The DSC3000-MM is a dual channel Electro-Mechanical Servo controller for dual axis Dynamic (cyclic) Testing. It has closed loop servo control for axial Force or Displacement on the Vertical axis and axial Pressure (Cell or Back in a Triaxial Test System) or Load (in a Shear Test System) on the Horizontal axis.
The DSC3000-HM features a DSC3000H for high frequency and Dynamic Load testing for Vertical axial Force or Displacement (in conjunction with a Hydraulic Power Pack powering a hydraulic actuator) and a DSC3000M for axial Pressure (Cell or Back in a Triaxial Test System) on the Horizontal axis
