Dynamic (Cyclic) Triaxial Testing System (100 kN Basic Frame)

This System Setup uses a Basic frame with a 10 Hz/20 kN actuator and a 150 mm Triaxial Cell with Balanced Ram to keep Cell Pressure constant during dynamic testing. The DSC3000M is used for servo motor control and also measurement of Load, Displacement and PWP. A Dual Hydraulic APC is used to control and measure Cell Pressure and Back Pressure. The user friendly Clisp Studio csDYNA software provides the necessary test configuration, control and data acquisition and conforms to ASTM3999 & ASTM5311

  • DSC3000M with Encoder and Load Channel included
  • Additional Channel Cards as required (e.g. Displacement, PWP, On-Sample Transducers)
  • Balanced Ram used to keep Cell Pressure constant so pneumatic APC not required
  • Dual APC for controlling and monitoring both Cell and Back Pressure
  • Full control from PC (running Clisp Studio) over a network via the DSC
