The VJ Tech ACONS Consolidation Frame:

  • Uses compressed air to generate Force
  • Is used for automatic Consolidation testing (with csOEDO)
  • A 15 kN Load Cell is included
  • Can be used to Test samples from 50 mm up to 100 mm
  • Low Range 0 - 1500N, High Range 1501 - 15000N
  • Connects to PC via RS232 when using Clisp Studio (csOEDO)
  • Has large keypad and LCD display for standalone use
  • Requires a 10 bar clean air supply

  • Computer controlled daisy chained ACONS enable multiple tests to be run simultaneously and independently
  • Automatic load application can nearly halve test time
