The VJ Tech ACONS Pro (High Load) Motorised Automatic Consolidation Frame:

  • Uses a powerful stepper motor to generate Force instead of compressed air
  • Is normally used for High Load Consolidation testing (50 kN Load Cell included)
  • Can be used to Test samples from 50 mm up to 100 mm
  • Has 3 Input Channels (2 x Analogue & 1 x Digital)
  • Connects to PC via Ethernet or USB when using Clisp Studio
  • Has an Integrated 7" Touchscreen Display for input and control

When fitted with longer strain rods and additional accessories, can also be used for:

  • Constant Rate of Strain (CRS) Testing
  • Soil Water Characteristic Curve (SD-SWCC) Testing

  • Multiple ACONS Pro (High Load) Instruments can be controlled from single PC via a LAN or Ethernet/USB hub
