The new Double Wall Cell design separates the Inner Cell completely from the outer Cell eliminating the volume change due to cell expansion

This allows the inner and outer cell pressures to be kept at the same value

It has 6 valves for Inner cell pressure, Outer cell pressure, 2 base water pressures and 2 Top Cap air/water pressure

Designed with specially coated material to minimise corrosion

The Cell base has 5 exit ports, allowing the following sensors to be fitted;

Stainless steel low friction loading ram or Internal Submersible Load Cell
Six inlet/outlet ports with zero volume change valves
Seven exit ports for internal transducers if required
Hard anodised for increased corrosion protection
Transparent acrylic inner and outer cells
Air bleed screw on both cells for efficient de-airing
Suitable for all load frames with 158 mm (6.2") diameter platen
Interchangeable pedestals and top caps for different sample sizes (supplied separately)
