Overview

csCon

The Clisp Studio csCon module is an add-on to the core package (csHost) that makes it easy for you to set-up, control and monitor concrete compression tests in testing laboratories, and collate and output the results in industry standard or your own defined format.

Create & Configure

Concrete Compression Test Setup

Clisp Studio csCon comes with the easiest test creation and setup of any Geotechnical Concrete Compression software package available today. Simply name the test and then proceed through the steps of the wizard, selecting the Concrete Machine to be used, setting up the specimen details and then the details of the Test.

Hardware Setup

Simply select the Autocon Frame to be used from the drop down list in the Hardware Setup screen.

Specimen Details

If the Specimen is cylindrical, input the Weight, Length and Diameter, if not input the Weight, Length, Width and Depth.

The specimen's Area, Volume and Bulk Density will automatically be calculated.

Test Conditions

Specify the Base Level of Applied Load at which to start Data Logging. Then specify the Load Rate to be applied, the Error Band to be used and the interval at which to log data.

The Test will be terminated when any of the following that have been selected are true; the measured Load suddenly drops by a specified percentage, the measured Load exceeds an input value or a specified time period has elapsed. An e-mail alert can be requested if required.

Concrete Compression Test Execution

You are able to monitor the status and condition of the Concrete Compression test as it proceeds. Live Views, Graphs and Tables show test progress while summary windows give Instrument, test and sample status at a glance.

 csCon live data view low

 csCon live data view high

Live Data View

The live data view enables you to observe the measured and calculated data for the specimen being tested at both Low and High ranges, whilst the Test is running. This enables you to keep a close on eye on the measured parameters to check that everything is progressing well. Clisp Studio also enables you to customize the desired Live Data from the list of variables that are relevant to that particular stage.

Live Graphical and Table Views

Clisp Studio csCON enables you to monitor the Test progress both graphically and in the form of a table whilst the Test Stage is running. The predefined graph plots Time vs. Applied Load and the predefined table displays the Applied Load at the logging interval as the Test progresses. You can also customize your own graphs and tables from the list of variables that are relevant to the test.

Report

Concrete Compression Test Results

As well as the completed Live Data View, Graph and Table, csCon gives you an additional Results table as well as an extremely useful Summary Report.
