Typical Dynamic Testing Systems

The products listed below are representative System Setups for Dynamic test systems for (Cyclic) Triaxial testing and Dynamic (Cyclic) Shear testing that can be provided by VJ Tech and the associated software to control, monitor, execute and produce results for the various types of Dynamic testing.

They can be tailored to your requirements and configuration possibilities are listed in the features section of the product (i.e. Triaxial Frame capacities, Triaxial Cell size, sample size etc.). The typical Dynamic (Cyclic) System setups include;

  • Three Automated Dynamic (Cyclic) Triaxial Systems (using a basic load frame, a standard VJ Tech Triaxial load frame and a Hydraulic Power Pack) with a Dynamic Servo Controller giving high speed servo control for cyclic motion and all the equipment required for Advanced Dynamic (Cyclic) Triaxial testing. The associated Clisp Studio csDYNA software module is also shown
  • The Resilient Modulus System (comprising a VJ Tech BASIC frame together with a high speed Dynamic Servo Controller (DSC3000M) for servo motor control and also measurement of Load and Displacement sensors. The sample is assembled in a 100 mm Dynamic Triaxial Cell and a pneumatic APC is used for confining pressure (with an air/water cylinder for the AG standard). The associated Clisp Studio csRES software module is also shown
  • The Dynamic (Cyclic) Simple Shear system (using a dual axis Dynamic Servo Controller giving high speed servo control for cyclic motion on two axes) and all the equipment required for Advanced Dynamic (Cyclic) Shear testing. The associated Clisp Studio csDYNSS software module is also shown
  • The Dynamic (Cyclic) Simple Shear with Confining Pressure system (using a dual axis Dynamic Servo Controller giving high speed servo control for cyclic motion on two axes) and all the equipment required for Advanced Dynamic (Cyclic) Shear testing with the sample under confining pressure. The associated Clisp Studio csDYNSS-C software module is also shown
  • The Dynamic Simple and Direct Shear system uses a dual axis Dynamic Servo Controller for  servo control for motion on two axes and interchangeable carriages to enable Advanced Dynamic (Cyclic) Shear testing as well as Simple and Direct Shear testing. The associated Clisp Studio csDYNSS, csShear & csSimpleShear software modules are also shown
