Dynamic (Cyclic) Triaxial Testing System (Hydraulic)


The VJ Tech Dynamic (Cyclic) Triaxial Testing System (Hydraulic) is capable of providing fully automatic dynamic (cyclic) Triaxial testing using a VJ Tech frame with hydraulic actuator together with a Hydraulic Power Pack for applying and dynamically adjusting the vertical load or displacement. This example System Setup uses a Hydraulic Power Pack for controlling the hydraulic actuator system on the frame with a 100 mm sample in a 100mm Triaxial Cell. The DSC2000-H is used for hydraulic actuator cyclic control and also measurement of Load, Displacement and PWP. A pneumatic APC is used to control Cell Pressure (using an Air/Water Interface Cylinder) and a hydraulic APC is used for Back Pressure control. The user friendly Clisp Studio csDYN software provides the necessary test configuration, control and data acquisition and conforms to ASTM3999 & ASTM5311
