We currently manufacture a number of state of the art Dynamic Servo Controllers, specially designed for Dynamic (cyclic) testing using two or three axes. The DSC200 series provide a number of analogue channel inputs for high speed data acquisition, built in signal conditioning,sensor and machine limit control (for instrument protection) and a high speed Ethernet connection port.
The DSC3000M series have all the features of the DSC2000 series and also include adaptive PID (Peak Control), additional waveforms and waveform functionality, faster processing and data logging and additional connection options (USB).
The DSC3000M is a state of the art Electro-Mechanical Servo controller configurable for a range of single axis Dynamic Testing. It has closed loop servo control for axial Force or Displacement and up to 4 analogue channel inputs for high speed data acquisition.
The DSC2 (DSC2000-MM) is a dual channel Electro-Mechanical Servo controller for dual axis Dynamic (cyclic) Testing. It has closed loop servo control for axial Force or Displacement on the Vertical axis and axial Pressure (Cell or Back in a Triaxial Test System) or Load (in a Shear Test System) on the Horizontal axis.
The DSC1 (DSC2000) is a single channel Electro-Mechanical Servo controller for single axis Dynamic (Cyclic) Testing with closed loop servo control for Vertical axial Force or Displacement.
The VJ Tech DSC1-H (DSC2000-H) is a single channel Hydraulic Servo controller for single axis Dynamic (cyclic) Testing with closed loop servo control for Vertical axial Force or Displacement.
In addition, the Hydraulic Power Pack is used to provide power for the hydraulic actuator used for dynamic (cyclic) triaxial testing in the Dynamic (cyclic) Triaxial (Hydraulic) System configuration.
