The design and manufacture of our Automatic Oedometer Consolidation Testing system achieves this once again. The Automatic CONsolidation System (ACONS) is simple and easy to use, specifically designed to carry out the Oedometer Consolidation test. The Clisp Studio csODO software allows completely automated testing, permitting the lab technician to perform other duties whilst the test is in progress. The software conforms to BS1377-5, ASTM D4235-04, AS1289.6.6.1 & XP PG4-090-1

Automated Oedometer Consolidation Testing System

System Pictured Comprises:

  • VJT0650A - ACONS Pneumatic Loading Consolidation Frame, complete with built in pneumatic force controller
  • VJT0271 - LSCT Transducer, 25 mm (1 inch)
  • VJT0655 - Consolidation Cell 50 mm (2 inches)
  • VJT-csODO - Clisp Studio Oedometer Software
  • VJT0545 - Air Compressor 10 bar (145 psi) (if no pneumatic air supply available)

Additional Options:

  • Displacement: VJT0110-MIT Digital Dial Gauge, 25 mm (1 inch) (with VJT1010-4D - Four Channel Digital Dial Gauge Interface for PC)
  • Consolidation Cell 70 mm:(2.75 inch) VJT0651 (Max. Pressure 3500  kPa (508 psi))
  • Consolidation Cell 75 mm:(2.95 inch)  VJT0665 (Max. Pressure 3500 kPa (508 psi))
  • Consolidation Cell 100 mm: VJT0665-100 (Max. Pressure 2000 kPa (290 psi))

  • Conforms to BS1377-5, ASTM D4235-04, AS1289.6.6.1 & XP PG4-090-1
