New Paper Published (Soil Dynamics and Earthquake engineering) - An innovative cyclic loading device to study the long term performance of offshore wind turbines
A new paper published in the journal of Soil Dynamics and Earthquake Engineering. VJ Tech in collaboration with Surrey university to design and produce an innovative cyclic loading device to simulate multiple force acting on a wind turbine. 

Direct Simple Shear

VJ Tech has developed a Simple Shear Testing System, used to carry out a direct simple shear test to determine the shear modulus of a soil sample. The sample is contained within confining rings under applied normal load and is sheared along a predefined plane until it is stressed to failure.

VJ Tech Training and Customer Support Centre

The VJ Tech Training & Customer support Centre is located in Wokingham, a short distance from London. It provides all the complete Standard and Advanced System Setups necessary for customer training and support. We support Triaxial, Shear and Consolidation testing, as well as more advanced training such as Dynamic Triaxial, Dynamic Simple Shear, Bender Elements and On-Sample Transducers. All necessary sample preparation tools are available to ensure a smooth and practical learning experience.
