Nov 21 2014

Not only does Clisp Studio allow an entire test to be exported into excel, it also allows individual tables to be exported.

To see a short tutorial video covering all the different methods of exporting and importing data click here.

Exporting Individual Test Data to Excel

Once Test Data has been collected, the User has an option to export the Data from a Table to MS Excel for manipulation by the User as required. From the required Test Stage pull-down menu (in this example Consolidation), select ‘Tables’ followed by the required Table option (Figure 1)

.

This will bring up a window displaying the data recorded during the Test Stage (Figure 2). To export the data, right click in the blank square in the top left hand corner of the table (this highlights the entire table) and select ‘Excel Export’ from the pull-down menu displayed (Figure 2).

The ‘SAVE Export to Excel File’ window will be displayed (Figure 3). Navigate to the file location in which to save the file, give it a meaningful name for future reference and click on the ‘Save’ button.
