VJT6770 is a high pressure stainless steel triaxial cell with a pressure capacity of 70Mpa. The cell design incorporates a balanced ram which facilitate the use of the full loading capacity of the frame. There number ports available for internal sensors and optionally we can also provide ports for cooling coil.

This is a unique twin cell design, specifically for the Unsaturated Triaxial Testing. The internal cell uses a glass chamber instead of a perspex tube which tends to have diffusion problem over a long period of testing. The design lends itself for underwater specimen assembly which facilitate the removal of air. The base pedestal is supplied with a 5Bar high air entry disc as standard.Pressure Capacity: 1700kPa,Specimen Diameter: up to 50mm.

VJ Tech’s new microprocessor based electro-mechanical large shear box is specifically designed for testing large specimen size up to 300mm. The machine is supplied in two versions, the advanced version (VJT2780A) is with built-in four channel data logger for automatic data acquisition and the standard version (VJT2780) is without the data logger. The horizontal load is applied electro-mechanically and the vertical load is applied using hydraulic actuator. The machine is capable of applying 100kN vertical and horizontal force VJT-WINSHR Software is available for operation and control via PC with automatic data logging of results.

The toxic volume change device is specifically designed for the Permeability tests where toxic specimen are used.

This is a fully standalone Automatic Pressure Controller with pressure capacity of 14MPa with built-in pressure sensor, key pad and graphics display. This device can be daisy chained with other VJ Tech controllers for single RS232 port operation. VJT2261 also incorporates volume measurement to 0.001mL with a full range volume capacity of 200mL.
